- 1. 账号信息：注册时我们会收集您的手机号码或邮箱、昵称，用于账号注册、登录与身份验证。我们会通过短信验证码核验您的手机号，或通过邮件验证码核验您的邮箱。
- 2. 您主动提交的内容：包括菜谱名称、图片、食材、制作步骤、订单信息、厨房食材清单、饮食规划等，用于为您提供菜谱管理与相关服务。
- 3. 设备与日志信息：为保障服务安全运行，我们会收集设备型号、操作系统版本、操作日志等基础信息。
- 4. 相机与相册：当您主动上传菜谱或食材图片、扫描厨房二维码时，我们会在获得您授权后访问相机或相册，您可以拒绝授权且不影响其他功能的使用。
二、信息的使用
- 1. 用于向您提供菜谱管理、食材清单、订单管理、购物车、情侣共享厨房等核心服务。
- 2. 用于身份验证、安全风控、内容审核、客户服务及服务优化。
- 3. 经您同意后，用于向您推送相关通知或服务消息。
三、第三方服务与信息共享
- 1. 未经您同意，我们不会向第三方共享您的个人信息，法律法规另有规定的除外。
- 2. 为实现相关功能，我们接入了以下第三方服务，其会在必要范围内处理相关信息：
- · 阿里云短信服务：用于发送注册、登录等场景的短信验证码；
- · 阿里云邮件推送（DirectMail）：用于发送注册、登录、找回密码、绑定/换绑邮箱等场景的邮件验证码；
- · 阿里云内容安全：用于对您上传的图片和文本进行合规审核；
- · 腾讯云对象存储（COS）：用于存储您上传的图片文件；
- · Apple 内购（StoreKit）：会员开通与积分充值的支付环节由 Apple 处理，我们不收集您的银行卡号、支付密码等支付信息，仅接收 Apple 返回的购买凭证及交易结果用于权益发放。
- 3. 仅在以下情形下我们可能共享您的信息：获得您的明确同意；为履行法定义务；为维护您或其他用户的合法权益。
四、信息的存储与保护
- 1. 您的信息存储于中华人民共和国境内的服务器，我们采取 HTTPS 加密传输、访问控制等安全措施保护您的信息。
- 2. 我们仅在实现服务目的所必需的最短期限内保留您的个人信息。
五、您的权利
- 1. 您有权访问、更正、删除您的个人信息，可在应用内「我的-编辑资料」中进行操作。

「她的菜单本」 (hereinafter "this App") values the importance of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. Please read it carefully before using this App. In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
1. Information We Collect
- 1) Account information: when you register, we collect your phone number or email address and nickname for account registration, sign-in, and identity verification. We verify your phone number via SMS code, or your email address via email verification code.
- 2) Content you submit: including recipe names, images, ingredients, cooking steps, order information, kitchen ingredient lists, and meal plans, used to provide you with recipe management and related services.
- 3) Device and log information: to keep the service running securely, we collect basic information such as device model, operating system version, and operation logs.
- 4) Camera and photo library: when you actively upload recipe or ingredient images, or scan a kitchen QR code, we access the camera or photo library only after obtaining your authorization. You may deny authorization without affecting the use of other features.
2. How We Use Information
- 1) To provide you with core services such as recipe management, ingredient lists, order management, shopping cart, and shared kitchen for couples.
- 2) For identity verification, security and risk control, content moderation, customer service, and service improvement.
- 3) With your consent, to send you relevant notifications or service messages.
3. Third-Party Services and Information Sharing
- 1) We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as otherwise required by laws and regulations.
- 2) To enable related features, we use the following third-party services, which process relevant information only to the extent necessary:
- · Alibaba Cloud SMS: sends SMS verification codes for registration, sign-in, and similar scenarios;
- · Alibaba Cloud DirectMail: sends email verification codes for registration, sign-in, password reset, email binding/change, and similar scenarios;
- · Alibaba Cloud Content Moderation: reviews the images and text you upload for compliance;
- · Tencent Cloud Object Storage (COS): stores the image files you upload;
- · Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit): payments for membership and point top-ups are processed by Apple. We do not collect your bank card number, payment password, or other payment information; we only receive the purchase receipt and transaction result returned by Apple to grant your entitlements.
- 3) We may share your information only in the following circumstances: with your explicit consent; to fulfill legal obligations; or to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you or other users.
4. Storage and Protection
- 1) Your information is stored on servers located within the People's Republic of China. We protect it with HTTPS encrypted transmission, access control, and other security measures.
- 2) We retain your personal information only for the minimum period necessary to achieve the purposes of the service.
5. Your Rights
- 1) You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information in the App under "Me - Edit Profile".
- 2) You have the right to delete your account. After deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
- 3) You may withdraw authorizations such as camera and photo library access in your system settings, or stop our collection of related information by uninstalling the App.
6. Protection of Minors
This App is intended primarily for adults. If you are a minor, please use this App and submit personal information under the guidance of a guardian.
